Located on the third floor of a typical Parisian building (no elevator), this large, bright, quiet studio measures 28m² (300ft²) and sleeps up to four people.
The apartment is situated in the vibrant Canal Saint Martin area of Paris. You'll be close to public transport (direct rail line to the airports, direct line to the Louvre...) and on Sundays the area is pedestrianised, making it perfect for peaceful walks along the waterside!
Around the canal you'll also find a large public garden, loads of authentic restaurants and bars, fashion & designer boutiques, cafes for breakfast, and farmers markets for genuine French food shopping.
The Studio is decorated in a modern style with a selection of contemporary photography (our passion). It's very cosy, completely furnished and looks onto an interior courtyard, so it's really peaceful. You'll immediately feel at home here. :-)
There's a large closet for storage, a flatscreen TV, free wireless internet access, a surround sound Blu-ray system (also plays DVDs and CDs), and three large windows that make the place bright and airy. Everything you need to relax at the end of the day!
The nearest metro station is Jacques Bonsergent, one stop from République (with access to five different métro lines), but we're also just a few minutes from Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys trains to Brussels and Germany, airport link...)
Our apartment

- Two sofabeds (very good quality), one a large double big and one slightly smaller
- Bathroom with shower
- Kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine...
- Tableware: traditional ‘porcelain of Limoges’.
- Flatscreen TV (81cm), surround sound Blu-ray system (also plays DVDs and CDs), iPod connectivity, photo display (with your USB key)...
- Free broadband Internet access (you'll need your own laptop)
- Phone line for incoming and outgoing calls
- Sheets and towels by ‘Descamps'
Booking / checking availability
We have a secure online booking system that makes everything super simple. No need for bank transfers or cash payments. Just click the button at the top of the site (or click here) to start the process. The calendar will immediately show you whether your dates are available, and the cost per night.
Prices start at under under 100€ per night.
